REASONS FOR CHOOSING PIA

Safe location

It is located in the same place as Gangnam in Iloilo, Philippines so guards and police are stationed in each building. The outside of the condominium dormitory is guarded, and the manager inside checks all visitors before entering.

Convenient infrastructure

It is located one-minute away from the dormitory and language school, and you can get most of what you want within 10 to 15 minutes in large shopping malls such as the Megaworld or in K-town Food Street, government offices, hospitals, and convenience stores.

11년간의 운영

Since 2012, not a single person has returned home with injury, and it has been operating legally. The 11 years of know-how that endured Corona is incorporated not only in operation and management, but also in the curriculum.

Quality teachers

As teacher employment and education are the most important task, teachers with TESOL and from English-related departments are mainly recruited, and even after hiring, teaching skills are improved through training with the Head Teacher every week.

Premium latest facilities

Both the condo and the language school were completed in 2023, and the condominium is equipped with various community facilities such as swimming pool, gym, and massage shop. Also, there are one-on-one classrooms, group classrooms, and a cafeteria inside the language school, so high-quality education is possible.
